Radamés González, a Venezuelan-born culinary professional, has a deep passion for Latin American cuisine. With a degree in Hospitality Management, he has honed his expertise in the food industry by owning and managing a restaurant, perfecting authentic flavors while overseeing operations.

His experience working alongside renowned chefs has enriched his knowledge of artisanal techniques, ingredient selection, and menu development. Committed to preserving and innovating traditional flavors, Radamés blends culinary mastery with business acumen to create high-quality, authentic products that honor Latin gastronomy.

About Argentino Gil


Argentino Gil is a passionate entrepreneur with a strong background in business management, operations, and finance, dedicated to bringing authentic Latin American flavors to a wider audience. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, with Dominican roots, he combines his deep appreciation for traditional cuisine with expertise in strategic planning, customer relations, and financial management.

With a Bachelor's in Accounting from CUNY – Queens College and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from FIU, he plays a key role in driving the growth of Productos Como en Casa. His leadership ensures the brand delivers high-quality, preservative-conscious frozen foods that capture the essence of Venezuelan and Dominican cuisine.
